I’ve been coming to Thaxted Yoga since March last year, first with a taster session and then on a weekly basis to the Gentle Yoga class. The main reason for starting yoga was to try and improve my lower back. It has been a problem for a few years now and has meant that sometimes I haven’t been able to work (I’m a self-employed gardener) for days, often weeks. Since coming to Thaxted Yoga I haven’t had a problem with my back. I feel my back has loosen up and I’m generally more flexible. Yoga has improved my balance and after the class I feel calmer and relaxed. It’s such an all round help.
