Yoga is for everyone!
We’re proud to provide a range of classes at our studio and we like to make sure there is something for everyone.
Our men’s yoga class (Wednesdays 8-9pm) provides a space where men can enjoy the benefits without worrying if they will be the only male in the room.
Yoga can provide heaps of benefits and in our men’s yoga class we focus on:
- Strengthening the body and mind
- Flexibility in all of the tightest places
- Learning how to relax
- Meditation techniques
This can be a great way to complement other sports and work to prevent injuries and enhance performance. You can be totally new to yoga and be able to enjoy the full benefits of our class.

“Back at the beginning of last year, I was looking to experience something new. Yoga had always been on the back of my mind but I had put it off for numerous reasons. Feeling like I was in a bit of a rutt both physically and mentally I decided to give it a go.
I came across the specific men’s yoga class at Thaxted Yoga a couple of months ago, after a year of other classes, at other studios and 8 times out of 10 being the only guy in the class I thought I would give the class at Thaxted a try.
It has quite literally flipped my world upside down.”
