We realise that everyone has busy schedules and it is difficult to attend every class you have booked. Unfortunately since the beginning of February, we have experienced a significant amount of no shows and late cancels within 2 hours of classes happening. Whilst we’re all for making our booking process flexible, late cancels and not cancelling at all has a knock on effect to the rest of our community.
It creates issues for us setting up the space and also for those on the waiting list for busy classes which they could have attended, had spaces been sufficiently cancelled. This is just a friendly reminder about our cancellation policy. We are asking that if you are unable to attend a class you have booked to please cancel it as soon as you know you will be unable to attend. This courtesy will help our teachers plan how to set up the room and allow other clients on wait lists to attend the classes.
If you have an Unlimited Monthly or the 3 Month Unlimited pass, you will not be charged for late cancels but it would be appreciated if you would cancel your booking so another client can attend in your place. For all other passes, any no show or late cancel will result in losing that session from your pass and will not be refunded and the pass will not be extended.
If you cannot remember what you have booked in advance, the booked classes can be found in the ‘Schedule’ section of your account on the App or the website. Please also sign up for notifications via email or text and then you will receive a reminder of the booking 24 hours prior to the class.
