New Health and Safety Procedures

We are so happy to welcome you back to the studio. We are starting off with a limited timetable until we can get the business up and running again and will increase classes in the next six weeks.

Please do not attend the studio if you are unwell, have a temperature, any COVID symptoms, or a cold/sore throat.

Please bring your own mat and a blanket and any props you have or would like to use. All of our mats, blankets and blocks have been cleaned and disinfected if we need to use any of them as a last resort.

For restorative yoga, perhaps you could bring a towel or covering to use as a second bolster. Or, if you need to use a block in restorative, we will spray the block before and after class.

We have redecorated the studio and snug and have, of course, deep cleaned it several times and it will be done again this week, ready for our opening on Saturday 25th July.

Our studio will be well-ventilated with open windows in this lovely weather, and our two air purifiers running with lovely smells and to improve air quality. Of course, we
also have a living wall that cleans the air too.

To ensure social distancing we are reducing class numbers to 7 per class going up to 8 soon.

We will clean all door handles and surfaces before and after each class.

Use common sense and social distance whilst leaving your belongings in the snug.  We will have two people at a time in the snug and then enter the studio, keeping
proper distance apart.

There will be handwashing facilities in the snug and toilets and hand sanitisers in all rooms. We will use antibacterial spray for any of your or our equipment.

The toilet will be cleaned before and after each class. There are no towels in the toilets but new powerful hand dryers.

Teachers will not be making adjustments by touching you, just by verbal instruction.

Your comfort and safety is at the forefront of our minds at all times.

Thank you for your cooperation.
