Our Beginner’s Yoga 6 week course has launched and we couldn’t be more excited. The course has been designed to provide you with a well rounded foundation of the fundamentals of yoga. So whether you have never set foot in a yoga class before or have been exploring it for a while, this course is perfect for you.
We welcome EVERYONE to our beginner’s yoga six week course but if you’re still considering it, here’s how it could suit you:
Who will it benefit?
- Complete beginners with no yoga experience
- Those who have been practicing yoga for a while and wish to get a solid grounding in the practice – it will provide heaps of benefits to classes thereafter
- Those considering taking their yoga journey somewhere i.e considering a teacher training
