The practice of Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” is a systematic, meditation technique used to induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This guided Aroma Nidra session weaves the four elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air into an embodied meditative mandala, combining yoga nidra, restorative yoga, massage and aromatherapy.
Stephanie is an experienced clinical aromatherapist and yogini, bringing a healing approach to teaching. In this workshop essential oils are chosen that specifically correspond with the elements Earth, Water, Fire and Air. The frequency or vibration of each plant oil will shift you vibrationally through diffusion and self massage.
This special Aroma Nidra session will help to reduce stress, anxiety and stored physical and mental tension, leaving you feeling balanced, revitalised and deeply nourished.
This workshop is open to all and no experience of yoga is necessary. There will be opportunity to purchase essential oils and advice will be given on their safe application.
