Hatha Core Open
An energetic Hatha-based yoga class focusing on core strength with flowing transitions between postures to connect movement with breath. This is an open level class suitable for all levels, however, beginning level students should know that there will not be much detailed “how to do” descriptions. This class focuses on core strengthening exercises in addition to traditional yoga poses and counter-poses and how they benefit your body and mind.
Please note that this class also includes sun salutations, balancing postures, an introduction to arm balances and inversions.
Power Yoga Open
Power Yoga with Aga is a flowing sequence of asanas (postures) derived from Ashtanga Yoga. It usually starts with sun salutations followed by a creative flowing sequence of movement connected with the breath.
Each posture is held for few breaths and from time to time they are connected with a flowing sequence introduced at the start of each class. The intensity of each Power Yoga class may vary. It is a great way to strengthen your body, calm the mind, improve flexibility and improve your balance. Aga’s classes are varied, dynamic, fun and full of love. This class is an open level class suitable for all, however, please be aware that based on the flowing nature of the class there will not be detailed in-depth how-to explanations for complete beginners. That said, modifications are offered for those who wish to take it at a slower pace and therefore the class is suitable for all levels.
Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga Open
Power Vinyasa Flow with Zoe is a modern, dynamic style of yoga derived from Ashtanga. Vinyasa means breath-synchronised movement, and the flow describes the way you will move fluidly from one yoga pose to another in rhythm with your breath.
It is a vigorous yet accessible style of yoga which sculpts your body, builds strength and flexibility, releases stress and calms your mind.
This class is an open level class suitable for all, and while you do not need any prior experience in this particular style of yoga, please be aware that based on the flowing nature of the class, there will not be detailed in-depth how-to explanations for absolute beginners. That said, modifications are offered to suit all levels, so you can rest or challenge yourself depending on what your body needs.
And guys, if you think power yoga is just for ladies, perhaps you’d like to take that up with the Welsh and Australian rugby teams. These tough guys integrate power yoga into their training regimes for injury prevention and rehabilitation, and to enhance their game performance. So what’s your excuse?!
A combination of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet, Barre is a low impact total body workout performed at a ballet barre to a lively soundtrack. Small isometric contractions are integrated with an interval training approach to improve cardiovascular fitness as well as posture, flexibility, stamina and core strength. Barre is a fun class that will appeal to dancers and non-dancers alike.
This class is suitable for everybody as various modifications are given to suit the abilities of all students.
Beginners Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga forms the basis of most types of yoga practiced today and our Beginners Hatha Yoga class focuses on physical postures (asanas), connecting breath with movement and relaxation. This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or those who are looking to get a more in-depth explanation of postures and alignment to safely move through each pose to receive the full benefits for body and mind.
Jivamukti Yoga Open

Yoga Pop is an energetic and fun fitness class which will improve cardiovascular fitness, body conditioning, muscle tone and flexibility.
This class is an exciting fusion of bodyweight strength moves with yoga poses and sequences plus mat based Pilates work for core strengthening- all set to popular music.
Yoga Pop will take you from challenged to chilled- think Sun Salutations, Squats and Savasana (relaxation).
Yoga for pregnant women tailored to your changing and growing bodies. Learn techniques to support you through your pregnancy and prepare you for your birth experience.
The class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and no previous yoga experience is required.
Mum & Baby Yoga
We also practice baby yoga to increase mobility, aid digestion and encourage a calm and relaxed mood. This also helps you feel connected to your baby.
Men’s Yoga is aimed at getting more men on the mat and focuses on opening and stretching the body whilst relaxing the mind. Men’s Yoga classes are similar to Hatha Core classes with an emphasis on the areas of the body that most men don’t often focus on during day-to-day activities. This class will leave you feeling challenged and relaxed.
Traditional Hatha Yoga
Traditional Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, including absolute beginners. These classes focus on traditional asanas (postures) and correct alignment whilst connecting movement with breath. This class will leave your body feeling stretched and relaxed whilst your mind is calm and clear.
Cleansing & Rejuvenating Hatha Yoga
Our Cleansing & Rejuvenating Hatha Yoga class uses Pranayama (breathing exercises) to cleanse both body & mind, the incorporation of Drishtis (focal points) whilst practicing traditional yoga postures (asanas) to clear & focus the mind. This class also incorporates relaxation to allow the body to absorb the practice & to feel refreshed & revived. A dynamic but gentle practice suitable for all abilities.
Gentle Yoga is a Hatha-based yoga class designed for those who wish to focus on a slower more relaxed practice to gently stretch and open the body. During this class you will relax your body and mind as well as focus on improving posture. Perfect for beginners, seniors, those returning to practice after a break or those recovering from past injury.
Our Restorative Yoga class will incorporate a short sequence to enhance inner radiance followed by some deeply relaxing long held postures using props to soothe the nervous system, heighten body awareness and encourage mindfulness. This class will calm the mind, body and spirit and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Restorative Yoga is the centering of your breath and body – aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.
